The service

CoachSync is a platform for managing coaching, training plans, and client progress.

The service is a tool only. It does not provide medical advice or replace professional care.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information
• You are responsible for your account security
• Accounts are personal and must not be shared

You can delete your account at any time. This will permanently remove your data.

Acceptable use

• Use the service only for its intended purpose
• Do not misuse, hack, or interfere with the platform
• Do not access other users data without permission
• Do not use the service for illegal activity

Your content

You keep ownership of any content you create. By using the service, you allow us to store and display it as needed to operate the platform.

Trainer responsibility

Trainers are responsible for the plans and guidance they provide. CoachSync does not verify or guarantee that plans are safe or suitable.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the platform or users.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages resulting from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the updated version.
